The VAV Boxes are prefitted and factory calibrated with Intelligent LON Controllers, networked into the Building Management System for Diversity Control, based on the demand. The AHU,s are fitted with variable Frequency Drives to provide required Stsic Pressure Control, which in turn reduces the electrical energy consumption and chilled water usage, thus providing a GOOD COMFORT CONTROL with MINIMUM USAGE OF ENERGY.

The Lighting Controls from LEAX UK uses state-of-the-art individually addressable lighting controls, where each luminaire is with an address. This facilitates the customer to re-program the lighting system as per each tenants requirement, without the need of re-wiring.

The BMS system uses open protocol and architecture for a TOTAL CAMPUS INTEGRATIOn and towards achieving the Global Monitoring and Control Strategy of the Customer.
